# Problem with gas calculation

hello everyone, I really need help

Problem: when I am trying to make payment, my gas fee calculation is in progress. I tried to wait for a long time but nothing happened. I tried to send to my own account but same situation it is in progress.

I completely understand the situation and will be more than happy to help you with a potential resolution! Please follow the steps mentioned below within your MetaMask Wallet:

**1. Go to Settings.**  
**2. Continue to Advanced.**  
**4. Look for “Reset account” and press on it**  **You will not lose value in your accounts, this will only clear the Activity tab information within your wallet.**
