Hi and thank you for creating this feature request!

At this time you can’t resync balances for a specific network on MetaMask Portfolio, the only options are to either resync them for a specific token, or for an entire account. If you wish to hard refresh all the balances for a specific account you can do so from Accounts \> Resync Balances as shown on the screenshot below.
